Ruth Menard has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Western Connecticut State University and an MBA focused on public personnel management. Ruth has been working in the Human Services field for seven years.

Previously, Ruth has worked in the City of New York serving the homeless population and has worked as a Director of Programs and Facilities within the city of Milford with the homeless population making homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring. Ruth has had the opportunity to work in various settings and gained experience from all of them.

Ruth is passionate about caring for others and helping to make their lives better and happier.
