Mia has been working with children of all ages in some capacity since 2009, when she earned her k-6 Connecticut Teaching Certification. Her experience covers both elementary school teaching and preschool teaching, where she allows child development to lead the way.

Mia is excited to share her knowledge with Malta House moms. Her wish is to empower them with parenting skills and confidence, in hopes of breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness for them and their children.
