Elinol is from the Dominican Republic and is a bilingual speaker of both Spanish and English. She is a mother of four children and a grandmother to three.

Before joining Malta House, Elinol worked with the Norwalk Community Health Center and, most recently, with The Norwalk Health Department, providing health education services to families in the greater community.

Elinol also pursued course studies at Norwalk Community College and Stanford University online during this time. Elinol is excited to join Malta House as the Community Services Manager bringing her knowledge of resources and wonderful energy to the mothers and children served here.
