Carla Pol Ventura is a passionate member of The Malta House Nursery. Her journey in childcare began at the young age of 13. Throughout her highschool education, she focused on developing practical skills, including completing multiple childcare courses via The Red Cross. These courses covered topics such as child development, effective communication, and safety. 

Additionally, she is First-Aid and CPR certified in both humans and pets. Over the years, she has had the privilege of expanding her knowledge and caring for children. In her current role, she focuses on creating a safe and engaging environment with all the children in the nursery. Building strong and trusting relationships with parents and children is the cornerstone of her approach. Her goal as a nursery staff member is to provide each child with the support they need to flourish. She is extremely proud to play a role in shaping the future of our youngest generation.
