Malta House, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the dignity of God-given life, is proud to announce the launch of our 2022-2024 Strategic Plan.

Our mission at Malta House is to promote the dignity of God-given life by providing a nurturing home environment, support services, and independent living skills to pregnant and parenting mothers of all faiths and their children.

The new strategic plan will focus on expanding our revenue sources, strengthening our internal structures, and ensuring programmatic best practices to support our mission.

Some of the key priorities in the 2022-2024 Strategic Plan include the following:

• Increase annual revenue from fundraising activities to cover the increased operating costs of our new home.

• Establish a staff structure that supports optimal, efficient operations, and ensure our compensation, benefits, and training programs are geared toward attracting, developing, and retaining staff.

• Establish procedures for leadership continuity for the Board of Directors and Malta House staff.

• Ensure that our programs operate in a manner that incorporates our mission and core values with current best practices and the highest standards of care.

“In early 2022, with the capital campaign behind us and the renovations of our new home complete, we reassessed the organization's goals and established a strategic plan to support expanded operations and enhance our programs. The Malta House Board of Directors is excited to embark on this new chapter in the history of Malta House and we look forward to working with our staff, partners, and the community to achieve our goals," said Kim Petrone, Chair of the Malta House Board of Directors.
